Mentoring For Success
What is Mentoring?

Mentoring is a collaborative partnership in which successful role model gives advice and encouragement to someone with less experience.

The Mentee is accountable for drawing out what he/she needs and wants, while the Mentor is accountable for giving knowledge and support when requested.  Essentially, the Mentor helps facilitate the Mentee's educational and professional development.

What is Mentoring for Success?

Mentoring for Success is a fun and mutually beneficial program championed by the Fanshawe College Alumni Association.  We welcome motivated students and graduates as Mentees, who are then matched up with well established Mentors who act as advisors, coaches, guides, teachers, and role models.

Check out what's new with M4S on our NEW website and on our Facebook page.

Join us at our next event! Our events run from September through April at a variety of on and off campus locations.  Check out our upcoming events page for more details!
