Stressed? Overwhelmed? Struggling with anxiety?
Get help and info on your terms, anytime. iCopeU offers fingertip access to stress management and safety planning tools, along with reliable information for issues such as suicide risk, sexual assault, addictions, violence and eating disorders. There are also flash-animations about mental wellness and personal coping skills.
Fanshawe College is excited to be the first Canadian educational campus to provide iCopeU access to our students. Staff from Fanshawe's Library and Media Services together with Counselling and Accessibility Services worked closely with 'mindyourmind' staff from Family Service Thames Valley to develop this online mental health portal.
