The applicant will be advised of the decision on her or his application after February 4th and for over-subscribed programs by the third week in March for level one applications.

Applicants who are offered admission to a program, and who are attending a secondary school or a College ACE program at the time of admission, will be offered admission subject to the following conditions:

• they must complete the program of studies or courses for which they are enrolled in accordance with the policies of their secondary school
  
  
• any individual program requirements that are in process of being completed, must have final grades submitted three (3) weeks prior to the commencement of their program
  
  
• they must provide evidence to the College three (3) weeks prior to the commencement of their program that they have completed the requirements for an OSSD or ACE Certificate
  

Applicants placed on a waiting list can view their relative wait list position through WebAdvisor after May 5. If any admitted applicants decline the offer of admission, or fail to register, replacements will be taken from the waiting list.

Applicants who are not offered admission to a program or placed on a waiting list are encouraged to discuss alternatives with our Pre-Admission Advisor, located in the Office of the Registrar, Room E1012 or by phone at (519) 452-4430, ext. 4355.
