The College reserves the right to cancel, at any time, a program, course, a program major or option, change the location and/or term in which a program or course is offered, or change the program curriculum as necessary to meet current competencies in the job market or for budgetary reasons, or withdraw an offer of admission both prior to and after its acceptance by an applicant or student because of insufficient applications or registrations, over-acceptance of offers of admission, budgetary constraints, or for other such reasons. In the event the College excercises such a right, the College's sole liability will be the return of monies paid by the applicant or student to the College.

In the event a program is supended or cancelled, Fanshawe College will provide students already enrolled in the program, the opportunity to complete the program within the normal time period. In some circumstances transfer of such students to another college may be more practical and Fanshawe College will assist these students to become enrolled in the same program offered by another college located within a reasonable distance from Fanshawe College. This is in accordance with the Ontario College of Applied Arts and Technology Policy IV.10 - 'Program Suspension and Cancellation'.
