A preparatory program for students who wish to enter
college career programs or apply to university. Offered
at the London Campus.
Human Services Foundation
(One-year certificate program)
This program prepares students to enter college career
programs in people-helping occupations such as social
services, child and youth services, early childhood education,
law and security, policing, recreation and leisure,
developmental services. Offered at the London and Oxford County campuses.
Literacy and Basic Skills Program (LBS)
LBS is a program that offers English and mathematics upgrading,
basic computer skills, teamwork, communications and other skills
needed in the workplace. LBS helps people acquire the skills to
find and keep employment through instruction in job search,
resume writing, interview techniques and employer expectations.
The LBS program is free to qualified adults aged 19 and older. It
is offered in London (at the Galleria Campus, 355 Wellington Stree,
Unit 114
where it is called Blueprints), in
Strathroy (10 Metcalfe Place,
Strathroy, ON), and at the
St. Thomas/Elgin, Oxford County, and Simcoe campuses.
