Am I a member of the Alumni Association?

If you have graduated from a diploma, certificate, applied degree, associated degree, degree or apprentice program from Fanshawe College, you are automatically a member of the Alumni Association.

Does it cost me anything?

No.

How do I get in touch with a classmate?

Mail, fax or e-mail your letter to the Alumni Office. If we have a working address, we will pass your letter on. Make sure you put YOUR address or phone number in the letter, so your classmate can get in touch with you.

How do I update my mailing information?

How do I get an Alumni PERKS card?

All Fanshawe College Alumni are entitled to many discounts using their Alumni PERKS card. This card is sent to you at your request by calling the Alumni Office at 519.452.4285 or out-of-town 800.661.ALUM or request it online by clicking here.

How do I contact a teacher?

There are three ways to send a message to one of your teachers:

Call Fanshawe College at 519.452.4100 and ask for your instructor.
Call your program or division office and ask for your instructor.
Mail your instructor a letter, care of Human Resources and ask that it be forwarded. If your teacher is no longer with Fanshawe College, Human Resources may have a forwarding address for them.

How do I set up a class reunion?

Call or email the Alumni Office. If it's for your class, we can mail letters on your behalf. We can help you with the planning as well. If you'd like a reunion for your program, talk to the coordinator of your program, and we can provide mailing and planning services. And you can put a notice in the Alumni News. Reunion notices are free!

How can I help students at Fanshawe?

• If you have expertise and would like to be a member of a program advisory committee for a full-time, post-secondary program, call or email the Alumni Office, and we will direct your call to the appropriate department.
• Mentor a student through the Larry Myny Mentorship Program.
• If you would like to donate your time as a volunteer, call the Alumni Office at 519.452.4285 or out-of-town 800.661.ALUM.
