The Financial Aid Office is located in Room E2020 at the London Campus (519) 452-4280. Staff in the Financial Aid Office provide information and process applications for the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), Fanshawe College Student Assistance Bursaries and Work Study program. Financial planning, including budget advising, is also available.

Appointments:
If you are attending the London Campus, please consult the Fanshawe College website for instructions on how to schedule an appointment to pick up your student loans in September and January. Extra staff are available during these peak time periods to release student loans. No appointments are necessary during the rest of the academic year.

If you are attending the St. Thomas, Simcoe, Woodstock or Tillsonburg campus, please contact your campus to schedule an appointment to pick up your student loans.

Note: all students are required to present their actual government issued SIN card and government-issued photo ID when picking up funding or making inquiries.

OSAP:
Students are encouraged to use the OSAP web site: http://OSAP.gov.on.ca/ to apply for OSAP assistance, to confirm the status of their application/ reviews/ reassessments and/or amount of OSAP award.
