ID Requirements:

• You must bring your actual Social Insurance Card and government-issued photo ID with you. Student campus photo ID are not accepted for OSAP purposes.

• Alternative identification in place of your Social Insurance Card can be one of the following government-issued documents:
  
  
  
  • An original copy of your Canada Custom & Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment
  
  
  • An original copy of your Canada Custom & Revenue Agency GST Credit Notice
  
  
  • An original copy of your Canada Child Tax Benefit Notice
