General Education Electives Summer 2012 - Registration Information
According to the Ministry's policy, every diploma, advanced diploma and applied degree program requires at least one General Education elective.
Each college program has different requirements; if you have questions about your particular program's general education requirements please contact us.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Find your program's band. Click here to find the band your program is in.
- Click on your band brochure - see the links below.
- Consider your course options: do you want an on-line or in-class course?
- Record the course code (example: ENGL for English), course number (example: 1007) and section number (example: 01) of the course you want.
- Note a few choices so that you have a back-up choice in the event that your first course choice is full.
- Watch the WebAdvisor registration video and/or view the PDF of step-by-step WebAdvisor registration instructions
- Click here to go to WebAdvisor to complete your registration.
***The registration link on WebAdvisor will become active at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, 2012; you will not be able to complete your registration before this date.

If your program is not on the table in the link above, then your program is not scheduled to take a Gen Ed elective this term. You will not be able to register for a Gen Ed course via this web system. However, there are other ways students can take a Gen Ed elective course out of sequence from their program. See below for details.

Online registration closes: Friday, May 18, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.
Classes begin: Monday, May 7, 2012
