Lean Manufacturing is an initiative focused on eliminating all waste in manufacturing processes. Lean production is a method use to seek and eliminate waste in production. The goal is to work with less effort, less inventory, and potentially shorten time to market. All of this is achieved by understanding the Customer requirements and demands and producing only what can be sold to the greatest extent possible. This 'In a Day' will walk you through the principles and tools that can be applied in your environment.
