Never worry about cash again . . .

Well at least not when ordering food at Fanshawe! Both the Optional Flex Plan and Residence Meal Plan look after food worries for you. The pre-paid card makes eating out at Fanshawe a breeze.

Why a meal plan?

  • No need to carry cash - just your student card;
  • Saves time - no need to shop, cook or wash dishes;
  • A convenient way to enjoy meals;
  • Food is always available even when the cash for it isn't;
  • Dine in a friendly, comfortable atmosphere in locations across campus;
  • Quality food items with a wide variety of menu selections;
  • Easy to use... payment takes less than 10 seconds;
  • Safer than carrying cash - avoid costly bank machine transactions;
  • Reporting a lost or stolen card to the Bookstore will immediately suspend the account until the card is found or replaced.

There are two plans - a compulsory plan for Residence Students (Residence Meal Plan), and an optional plan for non-residence students (Optional Flex Plan). Both are convenient and ensure you have food even when you don't have cash.

Both are easy to use

  • Select your meal.
  • Present your meal card to the cashier.
  • The cashier will verify that your card is valid and debit your card.
  • Payment takes less than 10 seconds.

Secure

Both plans are accessed using activated student photo I.D. cards. Individual accounts are set up and maintained on a secure data line and only the activated student card attached to that account can be used to purchase food items at participating outlets. Student cards must be activated before they can be used.

Both plans are administered by the Campus Bookstore in conjunction with Campus Food Services.
