Admin Assistant, Student and Staff Services

I am very pleased to announce that Eleanor Mitchell and Roberta Spence will be working together both on a part-time basis as Administrative Assistant, Student and Staff Services from August 20 to December 12, 2008, replacing Sandra Detering who will be working with United Way as the College's Sponsored Employee.

Both Eleanor and Roberta are retired after long careers with the College and, since their retirement, have also worked in a number of temporary and part-time positions at the College.

Eleanor joined the College in 1974 and has worked as Administrative Assistant in several academic divisions and for the Dean of Business. Since her retirement in 2005, Eleanor returned as Administrative Assistant for the Senior Vice-President, Academic and has worked in the Registrar's Office.
 
Roberta joined the College in 1967 working first in Payroll and then as Administrative Assistant for the Vice-President, General Services. Since her retirement in 2001, Roberta returned in 2002/03 as Administrative Assistant to the Board of Governors and has also worked in positions in Human Resources and Financial Services.

Eleanor and Roberta will be located in the Executive Office (H1004) and can be contacted at 519-452-4430 ext. 4223.
