DocFest Stratford 2009 - No Boundaries

Stratford's second annual documentary and digital media festival takes place from October 21 to 25, 2009, with public screenings of top documentaries from Canada and around the world, a short film and digital media showcase, plus workshops and a career fair for students from across Southwestern Ontario.

Fanshawe College is a major sponsor of this year's festival and DocFest is extending a special invitation to Fanshawe students to attend the closing film for only $10. Every Little Step: A Chorus Line will be screened at City Hall Auditorium in Stratford at 8:00 p.m. on October 25, 2009. Directors and dancers will attend the screening.

This isn't the first time Fanshawe has been involved in Stratford's documentary film festival. Fanshawe's student digital media filmmaking workshop at DocFest 2008 is chronicled in Open Your Eyes, a video from the School of Contemporary Media.
