Influenza A(H1N1) (Swine Flu) Update for All Employees

As a result of the Swine Flu outbreak and according to College protocols, we have activated Fanshawe College's Emergency Operations Control Group (EOCG), led by Harry Bakker as Emergency Director. Working with local health authorities, the EOCG will manage and monitor this issue for as long as necessary, using the College's comprehensive Pandemic Plan as a guide.

The health and well-being of our staff and students is of the utmost importance. We ask that employees or students exhibiting flu-like symptoms stay home and seek medical advice immediately. Remember that hand washing and personal hygiene are proven effective measures against catching the flu.
