The first grad show of the year, a presentation of Kevin Kerr's Unity (1918) directed by Brenda Bazinet, will run from February 18 to 21, 2010, at Fanshawe's CITIplaza Campus Theatre.

Kerr's Governor-General's Award winning Unity (1918) is a gothic romance, filled with dark comedy and the desperate embrace of life at the edge of death. In the fall of 1918, a world ravaged by four years of war was suddenly hit by a mysterious and deadly plague - the "Spanish Flu." Unity (1918) chronicles the experiences of three sisters and their acquaintances in the small town of Unity, Saskatchewan, during this devastating time.

The second Theatre Arts grad show, taking place April 7 to 11, 2010, will be a production of Splendour in the Grass, a tragic coming-of-age melodrama by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright William Inge.
