Key Performance Indicators Student
Satisfaction Survey (KPI)
Next week, February 2-6, 2004, the KPI Student Satisfaction
Survey will be occurring. This survey is Ministry regulated and is
administered to all full-time post-secondary students in program
levels two and above. Students and staff who will be administering
the survey have received training, but any assistance you can also
provide to motivate students completing the surveys would be
appreciated.
Surveys will be administered in classes that have been
pre-selected by divisional Deans, Chairs, and Principals. It is our
College-wide goal to improve the KPI Student Satisfaction Survey
results. A portion of the College’s funding is tied to KPI results
(funded KPIs are the Graduate Satisfaction Survey, Graduate
Employment Rate, and Employer Satisfaction Survey). In the funded
categories, Fanshawe has received very good results. I would
appreciate your full cooperation in enabling this survey to occur,
and thank you in advance for your assistance. If you have any
questions regarding this process, please contact your supervisor.
