Business Studies students pass CGA exam

Congratulations to students and faculty in the Business Studies division!

Six out of seven Fanshawe students who wrote a CGA exam in the past year were successful, for a pass rate of 86 percent. This compares very favourably with the provincial pass rate of 32 percent for the income tax course (TX1) exam by students who have taken tax courses at Ontario colleges and universities.

The students involved graduated from the Business Administration Accounting program, co-ordinated by Paul Jarvis, in December 2002.
