If you have immediate concerns or requests related to room temperatures, lighting, plumbing, pests, housekeeping, grounds, etc., or if you need to reach Campus Security Services, just call us at ext. 4400 ((519) 452-4400). We are at your service! Requests for work of a non-urgent nature should still be submitted using the Facilities Work Request system.

Please note that Campus emergencies should still be reported to (519) 452-4430 ext. 4242.

During the next week or so, we will be distributing posters*, stickers for telephones and handy magnets to be placed on file cabinets, etc. as an easy reference for emergency and non-emergency numbers to call for assistance.
