Colours of Winter at the Spriet
Family Greenhouse
Great news for holiday shoppers - winter has
arrived at the Spriet Family Greenhouse. From November
21 to December 16, 2005, the greenhouse is open seven
days a week
from noon until 6:00 p.m.
for the annual Poinsettia Sale.
Starting as cuttings back in August, this year's
crop of 1,100 plants has been nurtured to perfection by
30 second-year Horticulture students.
Spriet poinsettias sell out every year - so order yours
today!
Poinsettia care tips from John McLaren:
- Water when the soil becomes dry.
- Don't over-water!
- These plants need some indirect light.
