Sharing Shop

"Don't compromise yourself. You're all you've got." ~Janice Joplin

What is the Sharing Shop?

The Sharing Shop was established to help the ever-growing number of students in financial need. Through a student-run food bank and clothing exchange, Fanshawe students can give and receive food, clothing, textbooks and household items.

Students of Fanshawe College are welcome to visit the Sharing Shop to browse or receive free items. Donations are always greatly appreciated, but we do understand that a student's budget can be tight.

Where is the Sharing Shop located?

The Sharing Shop is located in room B1050.

What are the hours of operation?

Hours vary depending on student volunteers.

How you can help

The Sharing Shop is always looking for enthusiastic, friendly and out-going volunteers. Volunteering your time will not only make you feel good, it will also help you to meet new people and enhance your college life. Become a volunteer today! Contact Janet Ostrom at Counselling and Accessibility Services.

You can also drop off non-perishable food items, clean clothing, recent textbooks, working household items, and anything else that you think someone in need could use. Monetary donations are welcome.
