Business - Human Resources

Got a head for business and a heart for people? Develop both passions in Fanshawe's Business Human Resources program.

You'll learn business basics like accounting, communications, and computer applications, and then develop specialized HR knowledge in labour relations, benefits, payroll and management skills.

Plus, you'll participate in a mentorship program, where you'll job shadow HR professionals for 60 hours! (Not straight.) You'll see a real HR department in action, and may even make connections that lead to a full-time position after graduation.
