Culinary Skills - Chef Training is a one-year Ontario College Certificate program.

One entire semester is focused on Baking, three courses focus on Practical Kitchen skills and one very special course, "Dining for Professional Success" will introduce you to dining etiquette and cultural literacy.

When you graduate, you'll be qualified for employment in a range of entry-level food prep positions - or, you can enter the second year of the Culinary Management (CLM6) program, where you'll sharpen your skills and really fire up your career opportunities!
