Bon appétit!

Fanshawe's Culinary Management program will truly deepen your understanding of the culinary arts.

Along with the traditional culinary skills courses, students will also learn through a range of unique courses like "Dining for Professional Success" which introduces you to dining etiquette and cultural literacy.

"At the Stoves" gives you a taste of real life working experience at Saffron's, Fanshawe's fine dining restaurant.

"Beers and Spirits of the World" explores the origins and theory of Mixology while the "Wines" course focuses on theory and wine-tasting.

Plus, the "Chef's Table" course puts you at the helm of planning and executing an elegant dinner party for up to 12 people, including culinary industry professionals!

This two-year program includes three semesters of "Baking" and six courses in "Practical Kitchen" skills development.

It also offers a five-week externship placement, where past students have gone to work with renowned chefs at amazing locales - a great opportunity to build your portfolio and meet connections to help you land a fab position when you embark on your professional career!
