Earn while you learn about becoming a chef!

Fanshawe's Culinary Management Apprentice program offers one four-month paid apprenticeship placement where you'll learn the art of culinary mastery! It's a great opportunity to build a deep and broad portfolio for your future career as an executive chef, or other culinary professional.

You'll also build your skills with a unique range of interesting courses in this two-year program. "Dining for Professional Success" will introduce you to dining etiquette and cultural literacy.

"At the Stoves" gives you a taste of real life working experience at Saffron's, Fanshawe's fine dining restaurant.

"Beers and Spirits of the World" explores the origins and theory of Mixology, while the "Wines" course focuses on theory and wine-tasting.

Plus, the "Chef's Table" course puts you at the helm of planning and executing an elegant dinner party for up to 12 people!
