The Customer Service Fundamentals - Insurance program gives you an overview of business and insurance (theory and practice) with a focus on customer service and distribution systems. You'll learn everything you need to work in a customer service role in an insurance brokerage, agency or direct insurance writer's office.

This program is also a great first step to more qualifications, and even more career opportunities!

When you graduate, you'll be eligible to write your Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO )or OTL licensing exams, you may be able to obtain your General Insurance Essentials certificates from the Insurance Institute of Canada. Or you can transfer directly into the second year of Fanshawe's Business  Insurance program and earn your diploma in just two additional semesters.
