Developmental Services Worker Apprentice [Apprenticeship]
The Developmental Services Worker Apprentice Certificate program prepares its graduates to support children and adults with developmental disabilities.
Courses focus on disabilities, mental health, interpersonal skills, counselling, health, pharmacology, teaching and intervention strategies.
The Developmental Services Worker Apprentice program provides an opportunity for people already working in the Developmental Services field to complete a Developmental Services Worker Ontario College Certificate.
A bridging program to the Developmental Services Worker diploma program is an option upon completion of the Apprenticeship Certificate.
This program is offered at London Campus and in Kitchener at the Sunbeam Residential Development Centre.
You cannot apply to this program through ontariocolleges.ca.
Applicants need a sponsor/employer.
