Love learning about law? Consider a career as a Law Clerk!

In Fanshawe's Law Clerk program you'll develop a solid foundation in business law combined with practical law clerk training for a rewarding career in the legal field.

You'll study criminal law, civil litigation, corporate commercial, debtor and creditor rights, real estate, landlord and tenant, estate administration, and family law, and you'll put your knowledge to work by helping a real legal team work on real cases while you learn.

The Law Clerk program gives you everything you need to start your career off right, including intensive training with leading software and online applications used by law firms and legal departments in Canada.

As a graduate of the Law Clerk program and in combination with a minimum three consecutive years in qualifying employment you'll have satisfied the educational course and exam requirements for associate level membership in the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

There's also a co-op option that provides the opportunity to gain valuable industry experience and work alongside legal professionals.
