Manufacturing Engineering Technology (Accelerated)

HIGH demand for advanced manufacturing engineering skills!

Fanshawe's Manufacturing Engineering - Technician program combines hand-on industrial training with academic studies, to prepare you for management and leadership positions in the manufacturing industry.

You'll learn how to interpret product design drawings, develop and implement a production process, and apply manufacturing and quality control standards.

In addition to technical skills, you'll learn business skills such as accounting, production cost estimating, statistical analysis, operations and resource management and customer service.

Plus, two paid co-op work terms will give you excellent experience that's sure to impress future employers.

When you graduate, career opportunities include operations manager, plant supervisor, tool designer, quality engineer and more. And you'll be eligible for direct transfer into several bachelor's degree programs at Athabasca University.

Manufacturing Engineering - Technology is a three-year Ontario College Advanced Diploma program.
