During the program, you'll hone your professional skills in Fanshawe's Concierge Boardroom - a dedicated facility that simulates the environment and challenges you'll face as a provider of premium guest services.

Career opportunities include concierges, cruise/tour directors, customer service trainers, and supervisory/management roles with internationally recognized leisure and corporate service providers.

The Concierge Services Guest Relations Specialist program is a two-semester Ontario College Graduate Certificate program.
