Golf and Recreational Club Management (2012/13)

Spend your days at the golf club!

Fanshawe's Golf and Recreational Club Management program is the only one of its kind in Ontario - custom-designed to teach you everything you need to know for a career in the ever-expanding golf and recreational club industry.

This two-year program has a co-op option, and a modified schedule (running October until March) which allows you to enter the club industry at peak season and work until the season ends!

You'll learn how to operate a successful club (focused on golf, skiing, tennis, or other recreational activity) and you'll get hands on experience managing landscaping and equipment issues.

You'll also learn about key issues like human resources, membership management and accounting.

Plus - this program also covers retail management and food and beverage facilities, to provide you with a well-rounded skill set that you can offer employers in Ontario and around the world!
