Occupation Specific Language Training
Are you new to Canada? Trained in business, technology, or the health care industries? Looking to improve your communication skills in the workplace?
Fanshawe College is now offering Occupation Specific Language Training designed specifically for the business, technology and health care sectors. These Workplace Communications Skills courses are fully funded and just 15 weeks in length. Training will cover topics such as:
- interacting effectively with supervisors, peers, and clients;
- written communication and comprehension, with a focus on occupation-specific terminology;
- workplace practices,
- cultural awareness,
- searching for Canadian work experience,
- and much more.
