- Help you understand health care workplaces in Ontario such as hospitals, clinics and nursing homes
- Assist you in clearly and effectively interacting with colleagues, clients and supervisors
- Allow you to develop strong interviewing, networking and career-building communications skills
Learn how to communicate well in the workplace through:
- Role-playing exercises
- Dialogue practice sessions
- Simulations of common on-the-job experiences
This course is for you if you have training or experience in:
- Nursing
- Personal Support Worker
- Dental Hygiene
- Medical Radiation Technologists
- Sleep Technologists
Registration requirements:
- Canadian Language Benchmarks 6 to 8
- Permanent Resident or Protected Person
