What is my Campus Card?

  • Photo ID card issued to all registered full-time post-secondary students
  • Access card for classrooms, labs and buildings
  • Part of the London Transit Bus Pass
  • Required for library privileges
  • Required to write exams
  • Required for the meal plan
  • Required to use with public photocopiers and printers at the college

What do I need to do to get my card?

Make sure you have made your minimum fee payment. You will also need to bring identification: 

  • a government issued photo ID (driver's license, health card with photo), or
  • TWO pieces of government issued ID (Social Insurance card, birth certificate).

Where do I get my card?

Until Friday, December 23, 2011 at the Office of the Registrar, Room E1012

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday - 9:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Friday - 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday - 9:00am - 12:30pm

Monday, January 2 to Friday, January 6, 2012 in H-Building Cafeteria

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Campus Card at Regional Campuses

If you are a first level student attending a Regional Campus [Woodstock/TillsonburgSt. Thomas, and James N. Allan (Simcoe)], you will have your photo taken at your specific campus.

Returning Students

Returning students continue to use the campus card previously issued. Replacement cards can be obtained in H Building Cafeteria for $25.00 from Monday, January 2 to Friday, January 6, 2012. As of Monday, January 9, replacement cards can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar, Room E1012.

Bus Pass (London Campus)

Students attending the London campus receive London Transit Commission bus service 7 days a week, September 1st to the end of August (some restrictions apply). You can pick up your bus pass:

  • From January 2 - January 6 - H Building Cafeteria (9:00am to 4:00pm)
  • After January 6 - The BIZ BOOTH, London Campus (9am to 3pm, excluding weekends)

Student Handbook

The Student Handbook is full of information pertaining to student life on campus including academic and registration deadlines, college services available and college policies. The handbook also includes a calendar to record important deadlines for your courses and lists many social activities around campus. Be sure to get your Student Handbook when you pick up your bus pass! Regional campus students will receive their handbook on the first day of class.

Fanshawe Student Union Health and Dental Plan

Full-time registered post-secondary students are automatically covered under the FSU Health & Dental Plan for dental, prescription drugs and accident benefits. If you have similar coverage through another party, you may choose to opt-out. You must complete an opt-out form by Monday, January 16, 2012 at 4:00pm.
