Residence Rates

Please find residence rates and payment options below for both suite style and townhouse style accommodations.

Note: you will be required to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit (consisting of your $250 security deposit and $250 of other residence fees) when you apply to residence. You must pay this deposit within 5 business days of completing your application.  

On Campus Buildings (R1, R2, R3): rates shown for the on-campus buildings are for an 8-month term from September 2011 to April 2012. The rate includes your furnished suite/bedroom, the mandatory "Light Eater" meal plan, utilities, cable television, Internet access, telephone service (free local calls) and light housekeeping. The meal plan is mandatory for all students living in the on-campus buildings and the amount of the meal plan is $1200.00.

Kestrel Court (townhouses): rates shown for Kestrel Court are for an 8-month term from September 2012 to April 2013. The rate includes your furnished townhouse/bedroom, utilities, cable television, Internet access and light housekeeping. Please note: students who live in Kestrel Court are not required to purchase a campus meal plan and telephone service is not provided.

Please review the rates and payment dates and options carefully. We do not accept OSAP deferrals. All payments must be made on or before the dates listed below.
