Admissions Conditions
You must meet all of the admissons conditions for your program 3 weeks prior to the start of classes.
- Example of admissions condition: you must successfully complete all required subjects and/or qualify to receive your secondary school diploma.
Where do you find these conditions?
- Check the back of your Decision Letter (the one you received telling you that you were admitted into your program).
- Check your WebAdvisor account to see if you have any outstanding conditions.
Important note for Nursing students: first year Collaborative Degree Nursing students MUST review their admission conditions as printed on their admissions Decision letter. You must fulfill any and all admission conditions listed on the Decision Letter sent to you by the University of Western Ontario Admission’s Office or your offer of admission will be cancelled.

Registration Requirements
Some programs require specific forms, testing or critical information be submitted to complete your registration. For example, many of our human service programs have field/clinical pre-placement requirements that must be started even before you start your program!
It is very important that you check to see if your program has a registration requirement. Click here then scroll down to find your program and click on "More Information" beside the program name.
Program Registration Requirements must be completed prior to the start of classes unless otherwise specified or your registration will be cancelled.
