It's a family thing

Had I not come to Fanshawe College for school in 1995, my life would have been totally different.

I owe so much to Fanshawe College. I met my husband here. Chris and I both went to Fanshawe College in 1995 and met in our general elective class (Gender and Sexuality). He was in Computer Programming, and I was in Office Administration – Executive (alongside my sister Cora). Chris and I now both enjoy careers at Fanshawe, and have a full home life celebrating 15 years of marriage this November, and our three amazing kids.

At the time of my graduation in April 1997, I got to walk across the stage with my sister, and have my mom waiting for us at the bottom of the stairs as she was also an employee of the college at the time.

P.S. Cora and I are second-generation grads. Our dad graduated from the Plumbing Apprentice program in the 70's
