Michael Pascoe is a professor and program coordinator of horticulture at Fanshawe College and the director of the Gardens of Fanshawe and the A.M. (Mac) Cuddy Gardens in Strathroy.

He is a graduate of the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture, the University of Guelph, the University of Sussex and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

Pascoe is an award-winning professor, receiving two awards from Landscape Ontario for his contribution to the horticulture industry, and the prestigious Leadership in Faculty Teaching Award from the Province of Ontario for his ingenuity in teaching methods.
