Dancing, teachings, awards and a free lunch!

The Fanshawe First Nations Centre will hold an exciting celebration on March 20, 2014, and you're invited!

The Year-End Gathering celebrates the success of Fanshawe's Indigenous students with award presentations, pow wow and longhouse dancing, traditional teachings and a free lunch!

Aboriginal craft vendors and information booths from local First Nations communities will also be available.

Parking is available in Lot 5 and Lot 8 ($4.00 per day). Free parking in Lot 5 for the first 50 cars! Metered parking is available for $2.00 per hour). (Campus map and directions.)

10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.: Dance demonstrations (powwow and longhouse)
Featuring Straight Sound, Naahii, Oneida Longhouse Singers (invited drums only, please)

11:30 a.m.: Free lunch and student award presentations
