Men's Soccer

(London, Ontario) – On Thursday morning, three members of the Fanshawe Falcons Men's Soccer team were honoured for their accomplishments this season as the OCAA handed out their 2016 league awards.  Fanshawe's Robert M'Boko was named the OCAA Men's Soccer League Scoring Champion as well as the West Division Scoring Champion, scoring nine goals in just eight games this season.  M'Boko, Matt Catalano and Brandon Mendes were all named OCAA League All-Stars. This season, the Falcons Men's Soccer team finished in second place in the OCAA West Division with a record of 7-1-2 and are ranked #4 in Ontario and #11 in Canada heading into the OCAA Championship.

The Fanshawe Men's Soccer team will play in an OCAA quarter-final game against the #3 ranked Algonquin Thunder (10-0) on Thursday, October 27 at 2:30pm at the OCAA Provincial Championship hosted by Redeemer College.
