Public open house at Cuddy Gardens on Saturday, August 15

 

(London, Ontario)—Fanshawe will open their gates and welcome the public at the A.M. (Mac) Cuddy Gardens in Strathroy on Saturday, August 15.

The Open Garden will allow visitors to see a collection of plants that isn't found anywhere else. The Cuddy Gardens has more than 200,000 plants, including several rare and endangered species, such as indigenous Cucumber Magnolia and the Yellow Trillium.

Activities will include a plant sale, guided tours and a kids' activity station.

Cost:               $5 for adults, kids are free
