(London, Ontario) – On Thursday night at the Fanshawe Men's Volleyball home opener, the Falcons defeated the Conestoga Condors (0-2) in three straight sets.

Fanshawe started strong, going up 5-0 to begin the first set. Sebastian Lethbridge continued the Falcons' momentum with three service aces to extend the lead. Fanshawe had 14 kills in the first set, and went on to win 25-6.

The second set began with a huge kill by Falcon veteran David AuCoin. Conestoga then went on a run, forcing Fanshawe to call a timeout down 8-3. The Falcons battled back, scoring off of a well-placed tip by Andre Forman. Conestoga kept it close, however Fanshawe ended up winning the set 25-20.
