College Policy Manual changes (April 11, 2016)
Please be advised that the College is in the midst of a project to rationalize and reorganize College policies. The objectives of this project include:
- Reducing the number of and content of policies to the minimum necessary to carry out College business in an effective and efficient fashion;
- Revising policy language, tone, format and accessibility in ways that promote and support employee freedom to act in the achievement of policy objectives; and
- Making it easier to locate and access a particular College policy.
Until replaced or rescinded, current policies remain accessible through the usual College web pages. When an updated policy (having a new policy number) is posted, the old policy will be removed/rescinded. The policy(ies) noted below have been reformatted, renumbered and re-styled, but do not include any substantive content change from the policy(ies) being replaced unless otherwise noted.

This policy has been replaced with standard STD03: Titles of Organizational Units and College Property (see below).
P101: Corporate Health and Safety
Reviewed (March 16, 2016)
Effective: April 1, 2016
This policy, as per legislation, requires annual review. No changes were made.
STD03: Titles of Organizational Units and College Property
Amended (March 15, 2016)
This standard has been adapted from and replaces policy 1-A-01 (see above). It is designed so that its schedule of titles and related information, that tend to change frequently, can readily be updated without the necessity of formal approval as required by policies. Department and property titles have been updated to reflect the current situation.
