College Policy Manual Changes (June 4, 2015)

Changes to human resources policies.

Please be advised that the College is in the midst of a project to rationalize and reorganize College policies. The objectives of this project include:

  • Reducing the number of and content of policies to the minimum necessary to carry out College business in an effective and efficient fashion;
  • Revising policy language, tone, format and accessibility in ways that promote and support employee freedom to act in the achievement of policy objectives; and
  • Making it easier to locate and access a particular College policy.

Until replaced or rescinded, current policies remain accessible through the usual College web pages. When an updated policy (having a new policy number) is posted, the old policy will be removed/rescinded. The policy(ies) noted below have been reformatted, renumbered and re-styled, but do not include any substantive content change from the policy(ies) being replaced.
