If you are offered admission, please confirm online through your ontariocolleges.ca online application, or by calling the Ontario Colleges Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-892-2228. Confirm your offer by May 1. Offers made after April 17 will have two weeks to confirm. Your offer may be revoked if we don’t hear from you by the deadline.
Don't delay! Respond quickly to hold your place in the program!
You may only accept one program at a time. If at a later date you are admitted into another program and choose to accept the new program, your original acceptance will be cancelled once you confirm online.
Confirmation of an offer of admission:
- confirms that the applicant will in fact be registering, and
- confirms that a space in the program will be reserved for the applicant providing the applicant completes any condition of admission and completes registration (fee payment) by the specified deadline date.
If I don't have access to a computer, what do I do?
You can call the ontariocolleges.ca Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-892-2228 (in Canada only) or 519-763-4725. The staff will confirm your offer over the phone. Make sure that you have your decision letter with you when you call.
How do I let the College know that I want my name on the program wait list?
If you wish to accept the wait list position, you can confirm on Web Advisor. Log into WebAdvisor where you can confirm online. You must complete this process by the due date on your decision letter or we will assume that you are no longer interested and your waitlist offer will be cancelled.
Note: If you receive more than one offer of admission, you may confirm acceptance for only ONE program from any ONE College. Confirming your acceptance to one program does not prevent you from remaining on wait lists for other programs.
