How do I let the College know that I want to accept the offer of admission?
Go to www.ontariocolleges.ca and follow the instructions to confirm. You will need your online application username and password OR call ontariocolleges.ca at 1-888-892-2228 for assistance.
If I don't have access to a computer, what do I do?
You can call the ontariocolleges.ca Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-892-2228 (in Canada only) or 519-763-4725. The staff will confirm your offer over the phone. Make sure that you have your offer email with you when you call.
Any chance I could have my offer cancelled?
Yes, if you do not confirm your offer of admission by the confirmation due date noted on your offer email, your offer of admission will be cancelled and your seat will be offered to an applicant on the wait list. Plus, your offer of admission will be cancelled if you do not complete any outstanding admission conditions. The last date to submit proof of completion of any outstanding admission subject requirements is three weeks before classes begin. GPA requirements must be completed by the end of the winter semester. Tuition fees must also be paid by the fee due date.
NOTE: If you receive more than one offer of admission, you may confirm acceptance for only ONE program from any ONE College. Confirming your acceptance to one program does not prevent you from remaining on wait lists for other programs.

Your Confirmation of Acceptance was received and processed at ontariocolleges.ca by the confirmation due date.
Although the program is currently filled, you have been offered a position on the wait list, subject to any outstanding admission requirements you may be completing. Please note it has been our experience that many applicants on wait lists are offered admission prior to the start of classes. Confirming your wait list offer does not prevent you from confirming and offer of acceptance to another program.
How do I let the college know that I want my name on the program wait list?
Please confirm on WebAdvisor. Choose the "Manage my Waitlist" option.
Having trouble logging in? Find your student number and go to the Self-Service Password Reset page.
Please confirm by the deadline on your waitlist email in order to keep your waitlist offer.
Once you have confirmed that you wish to be on the wait list, your approximate position on the wait list will be available on WebAdvisor by early May.
The College reserves the right to cancel, at any time, a program, course, program major or option, change the location and/or term in which a program or course is offered, or withdraw an offer of admission both prior to and after its acceptance by an applicant or student because of insufficient applications or registrations, over-acceptance of offers of admission, budgetary constraints, or for other such reasons. In the event the College exercises this right, the College's sole liability will be the return of any monies paid by the applicant or student to the College.
