Kathrin Delutis - Director - Behaviour Sciences '81 and Recreation Leadership '83
Kathrin is the Executive Director of The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth. She has spent 25+ years in Not-For-Profit and Charity Association Management where she has lead organizations in the development and execution of meeting financial and strategic goals while building capacity. Before entering the “Charity World” Kathrin worked in recreation where she gained extensive experience in fundraising, event management, strategic planning, human resources and business finance, giving her a strong foundation. Prior to joining the Humane Society Kathrin was the CEO with Festivals and Events Ontario for two years and with Habitat for Humanity for 10 years. She has an extensive background in organizational management; risk management and change management.
Kathrin has her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo; is a Certified Risk Manager with the Global Risk Management Institute and is a Graduate of Fanshawe College's Behaviour Sciences (1981) and Recreation Leadership (1983).
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, travelling and participating in Triathlons.
