Joining Head Coach Patrick Johnston will be Assistant Coach Joe Wrigley, Associate Coach Brad McClure, Conditioning Coach Sean McKay and Recruiting Coach Dylan Subject.

Assistant Coach Joe Wrigley joins the Falcons from the Durham Attack where he was a long-time member of the Volleyball Club as both a player and coach. The native of Oshawa, Ontario, has also coached at several schools in the Durham region. "I am very excited to join the Fanshawe College staff to see what we can achieve this season," said Wrigley. Coach Johnston was thrilled with the addition of Wrigley, "I'm honoured to have Joe on board and the timing couldn't be better. I owe a lot of my development as a player and person to Joe, and I know the individuals in this program will benefit greatly from his presence in our program. Even more important than his knowledge of the game, Joe understands people and for that reason, we are extremely lucky".

Brad McClure comes to Fanshawe from the Western University Women's Volleyball program where he served as Assistant Coach last season. He was also the Head Coach of the London Volleyball Club (LVC) U14 Boys during the 2012-2013 season. "I am looking forward to working with Coach Johnston and the rest of the coaching staff at Fanshawe. Together, we will be able to make a positive contribution to both the growth of the volleyball program and the London volleyball community." McClure is from Hamilton, Ontario where he played for Westdale Secondary School and MAC Club teams.

The man in charge of the Falcons conditioning this season is Sean McKay. McKay played for Team Ontario in 2008 and ran the offense for Western as their setter for four seasons from 2009-2013. During this time, McKay was awarded OUA All-Star recognition, leading Western to its first two trips to the CIS National Championships since the 1990's. McKay brings a wealth of experience as a strength trainer with the Western women's volleyball team, and will provide a sport-specific strength and conditioning program that will fuel the Falcons to new heights. The two-

time CIS Academic All-Canadian and Dean's Honour List recipient will also serve as an academic mentor for the squad, helping with time-management and study skill development. The Sudbury, ON native is currently obtaining his Master's Degree in Coaching, Strength and Conditioning at Western University.

Dylan Subject joins the Falcons as Recruiting Coordinator for the 2013-2014 season. Subject played two seasons at Fanshawe College and one with Georgian College, earning the CCAA All-Canadian Scholar Award in each of his three seasons.
