(London, Ontario) – In their home opener on Friday evening, the Fanshawe Women's Basketball team (1-0) defeated the Conestoga Condors (0-1) by a final score of 86-50.

The Falcons started the game with intense defense forcing the Condors to commit numerous turnovers. Claire Dechet (Sarnia, ON) would open Fanshawe's scoring with a steal and a layup.
