Catherine Arthur, a native of London, has an extensive background in softball as a coach and as a player. She has been a part of the London Lightning fastball program as a coach since 2002, earning Provincial medals to go along with a National silver medal in 2012 and an Eastern Canadian silver medal in 2013. She was also voted as an All-Star Coach in both years. As a player, Arthur attended Rutgers University on a fastball scholarship. Following her collegiate career, she was a member of the Brampton Blazers fastball team, where she won an impressive three National Championships in a four year span (2002-05). She was twice selected as a Nationals Team All-Star. Arthur has led the Fanshawe Women's Softball team to success during her time with the Falcons. She was also named OCAA Coach of the Year in 2015.
