sp Sean Pellow




In 2015-2016, Sean Pellow won OCAA West Coach of the Year as well as an OCAA bronze medal. He spent two years, 2009-2011, as the Head Coach for the Mohawk Women's Volleyball team. At Mohawk, he won an OCAA bronze medal in 2010 and earned a 4th place finish in 2011. During his time as Head Coach at Mohawk, Pellow had an impressive record of 33-9. His career playoff record, combining both Mohawk and Fanshawe, is 13-5 encompassing two OCAA bronze medals in total. In addition to his post-secondary coaching, Pellow was the Head Coach for the U17 Girls Team Ontario in 2016 where they won a silver medal at the NTCC (National Team Challenge Cup) as well as the Head Coach in 2011 for the U18 Girls Team Ontario. He has his diploma in Advanced Development Coaching and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Coaching Program. Pellow is a CCAA Coach Mentor as well as a Volleyball Canada mentor and evaluator.
